My WishList is a program from American Express that offers limited quantities of some of the most sought-after items at incredible Cardmember-only prices, as well as featured products with great savings, and limited-time, limited-supply Wish Certificates. The program runs twice a year: in the spring and during the winter holiday season. It's our way of saying "thanks" to our Cardmembers.

How long will the program last?
The Program Period starts at 10:00AM ET on November 27, 2007, and ends at 11:59PM ET (or until supplies last after 7:00PM ET batch) on December 13, 2007.
How does My WishList work?
To thank Cardmembers, we’re offering four great ways to participate in My WishList:
1. HOT PRODUCTS
Inventory is released three times a day.
In-demand items at incredible prices
Very limited quantities
Available first-come, first-served while supplies last
To try for a Hot Product, you must verify eligibility by first unlocking the Hot Product box. Click the “Unlock” button and enter your Card information
Once you have unlocked the Hot Product box, click “I WANT IT” to try to get a Hot Product
If successful, you will have six minutes to complete your transaction
If you are not successful, more may become available after initial release if other Cardmembers either cancel their order or are unable to complete their transaction within six minutes

2. FEATURED PRODUCTS
Inventory is available 24/7 while supplies last.

Why do I have to enter my Card information before I try for a product?
My WishList is a program exclusively for American Express Cardmembers. In order to participate, we must verify your eligibility. To verify eligibility click on the “Unlock” button and enter your Card information.
What if I enter my Card information but cannot try for a product?
Be sure you’ve carefully entered your Card information for your American Express Card, as only Cardmembers are eligible to participate in My WishList. If you still have problems after carefully entering your Card information, you may contact My WishList Customer Service. Call 1-800-824-3327 from 9:00AM–8:00PM ET, seven days a week, from November 27 – December 13, 2007.
Your Wish Certificate order will be processed within 72 business hours. Best Buy®, Sports Authority®, Bed Bath and Beyond®, The Home Depot®, Loehmann’s, and Borders® will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air®. All other Wish Certificates will be sent via e-mail. Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery. American Express is not responsible for undeliverable Wish Certificates. If you get a Wish Certificate with e-mail delivery, you may wish to turn off any e-mail application that blocks unsolicited e-mail or sends certain e-mail to a junk mailbox to ensure that you can receive the Wish Certificate in your inbox.
Can I redeem a Wish Certificate both in store and online?
The merchants will provide different options as to how you can redeem your Wish Certificates with them. Some merchants have online redemption only, some have in-store redemption only, and some offer both options.
Do Wish Certificates expire?
Yes. Please refer to the expiration date on the bottom of the actual Wish Certificate, as expiration dates differ for each merchant.
How many Wish Certificates can I get?
There is a limit of one Wish Certificate per merchant, per household, per day. There is a maximum of four (4) Wish Certificates per household during the entire Program Period.
Can I buy more than one Featured Product at a time?
No. As Featured Products are in limited quantities, we can only offer one (1) Featured Product per merchant, per day.
How many Hot Products will I be able to purchase?
You will be limited to one (1) purchase per household, per day. A maximum of four (4) Hot Products per household can be purchased during the entire Program Period.
Have the products been previously used or refurbished?
No. All products are brand-new and from the manufacturer.
How can I return an item?
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds on any My WishList items.
What if my product is damaged?
If the product is damaged upon receipt, you have 14 days from receipt of delivery to report the damage. American Express is not responsible for damage to products if you fail to report the damage within the 14-day period.
What is the ULTIMATE WISH GIVEAWAY and how is this different from the My WishList program?
The ULTIMATE WISH GIVEAWAY provides eligible American Express Cardmembers with a chance to win a Jet Blue Airways® Private Flight, one 2008 C70 Volvo automobile, and one of two 2008 C30 Volvo automobiles. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win in the ULTIMATE WISH GIVEAWAY. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
Is the ULTIMATE WISH GIVEAWAY a sweepstakes?
Yes, the ULTIMATE WISH GIVEAWAY is a sweepstakes. It is another way of thanking American Express Cardmembers for their business throughout the year and for making American Express their Card of choice.
